The fish head at Dunman fc is very nice.
Though i think i found a limb from xiao qiang in the bitter gourd soup. But i try not to look closer into that and told myself it is just fried onion
Overall, i will go back again, but just for the fish head.

I miss the chilean seabass at Amara more ... this one is nice n fresh, but meat just dun have tat fatty slightly creamy taste of cod/chilean seabass.

Soon Hock is deep fried, whereas the chilean seabass is braised and the flesh is so much thicker with fatty area under the skin. Used to be one whole fish but now is just part of the fish.

Different, the chilean seabass is baked thick slab of fish meat. Taste similar to cod fish. Esp the skin area with all the fish oil ... sedap!

mezza9 at hyatt, their set lunch is pretty decent for $29 +++ 2 course meal.
not for big eaters though. serving is standard size.
*must try - scottish smoke salmon appetizer

i was there 1 year plus ago...now not too sure...
they should be selling some desserts ... are you there for a date?
i wouldn't recommend eating ribs during dating period, very unglam if you know what i mean...
