I believe it's because of this rule currently. They wants boardcasters to fight for it. If there is only one boardcaster, they won't sell it

Moi too used to EPL commentary. Once tried other league, either the commentary not English, or can't hear crowd sounds. Can't get hyped or sexcited while watching.
