For Japanophiles who has been keeping track of trends in Japan,

What is the deal with 法隆寺? Recently I start to see a lot of japanese programs related to it.

The one in Nara? IIRC its the first unesco site in Japan. Usually most visitors visit Todaiji and the deer park but this one is nearby and the path leads to the famous traditional mochi shop.

honestly just go to one of the nearest shrine closest to your itinerary.

no need to chiong all the way to the famous site
