I have a 15" AOC USB Monitor whose LCD cracked recently. Was thinking if it was possible to change the HD panel to a HD+ one. I tried connecting the FullHD panel from my laptop (which cracked too) to the Display Link controller in the AOC monitor but I can't seem to set the resolution to 900p inside Windows. It only allows me to set it to 1366x768. It's running the Display Link controller DL-125 and according to DisplayLink: Hardware Overview I should be able to support up to 1600x900

Any suggestions as to how I can get the monitor to run at HD+? By forcing the driver or something? I know AOC has a bigger 22" USB monitor that runs FullHD too.
