FYI security guards over there are buddies with with thieves. There are many reports that when home owners go on vacation trip or return to home country (Singaporeans included) the thieves would break into homes and empty everything. Water taps included and your water bills hit the roof.

I have seen some pictures circulated within the resident chat group on their units being breakins and ransacked but are not reported by news

These were the people who were not savvy investors. They were just sheeps and suckers following someone who have no idea what they are paying for.

That is why, we have people get scammed daily. There are no shortage of dumb people around us.
