I am afraid this is the trend for most ECs and Condos. Friends and guests will have to park their cars elsewhere (e.g. HDB car parks, along the roads) if all the car park lots are taken up.

In fact, some developments near MRT stations has less car park lots than the number of units e.g. A Treasure Trove next to Punggol MRT.

Hi bro, that is considered a good sales figures as the marketing period is considerably short to the relaunch date. And with 201 premium dual key units in Forestville not affect by multi-generation policy, it is really a good opportunity to consider one dual key unit for investment purposes. It is really now or never already for dual key lovers.

Actually it's quite common to have a few 'bounced out' units when an EC just TOP and is ready for key collection. Cos some couples may have to give up their units due to various personal reasons such as breakup, divorce, finances, etc etc.
