Those that bought 1st hand from developer CDL if sell last few months would have make at least 100% profit.. Huat ah..

I recall it was less than 700 psf for a 1000 sq ft unit around 2004

I like this Signature Park the most among all the early condos in Upp Bukit Timah/Hillview. During the 2004-2006 period, I was contemplating getting a unit there. Many 3-bedders were selling below $500 psf !

Haha ! Too many good projects with great value during that low price era.

Already holding 3 properties and servicing 3 mortgages during that period. No way to add more as I was already over-leverage !
