I've used IG, Oanda and GFT. I feel that Oanda is the best of the lot in terms of :
Platform
Ease of withdrawing funds
least frustration when dealing with customer service

I do keep the IG markets account alive as they have a very large number of instruments available.

but OANDA, IG and GFT are all market marker. i got very bad experiences with market maker. i always got spikes to hit my SL when trading with MM

I would recommend oanda. Been using them for some time. If not, you can try dukascopy. Very fast withdrawal, today withdraw, within 48 hours business day into your bank account. Oanda, will take around 4-5 business days. However, English language support not as good as Oanda as Oanda, you can contact their singapore hotline.

If you are starting a new account less than 10k, go for Oanda. If more than 10k then get Dukascopy. Max Leverage on MAS regulated broker is 1:50. Dukascopy is 1:100 - 300. But i will not recommend you to go for high leverage if you are new to forex. 1:50 is more than enough.
