I like to use either a pinbar or engulfing pattern for confirmation.

But there are times i simply enter without confirmation as well.

From a technical view, it could be the shorts take profit and those who caught short are covering back, thus the rally.

Looking at the weekly chart, it is at a critical juncture (0.96 - 0.97)where it could either breakout of the resistance or reverse from here.
