Forgot singtel router admin password

Like the title says i forgot the admin password for the singtel router can i like factory reset my router and fix it if so how do i do that if not must i call singtel

not an issue, give it a hard reset to factory default settings, it is somewhat a pinhole button at it's rear, use a paperclip to poke press and hold for about 10secs while router is power on.

then you may proceed to configure the webUI with IP address 192.168.1.254. think need not enter admin password
