A big enough Yodobashi or Bic should have it. Check under their travel section. Otherwise, order from Amazon JP.

It costs about S$1.40 at neighborhood shops for the simple one.
Hopefully you can such a cheap one around in Japan.

ive seen some daiso carry it.

for laptop, best to use a surge protected one.

i read a blog before, his adaptor spoil and he go buy a laptop adapter for abt 3k yen at yodobashi

plug adapter not laptop adapter.. just ask the hotel, they usually keep some handy for their guest.

mostly that is a consequence of former guests leaving their stuff behind

phone chargers, travel plugs are the most common items

I left my travel plug behind in 2014

I'm very sure they have the 2 pin adaptor in electronic shops. Plenty in any Japan cities.

Thanks all!! Unfortunately the hotels that I went do not have the plug adaptor. Eventually bought at Daiwa Shopping mall at Kanazawa, cost me about 1188yen. Not sure how to post the picture here
