so on paper 12 month sentence but 2/3 rule but 8 months in prison, then 5 months in prison 3 months at home lol

You need to go read the CNA article again. He actually stayed in prison only for 4 months (not 5 months). The remaining 4 months will be home detention plus last 4 months remission for good behaviour
