Mine is a Full Size desktop. Any idea what to look out for? How do I know which PSU is the correct one to buy? Wattage? Thanks thanks.

Mounting screws might be different and connections to MB might be proprietary. Have to open up and take a look first.

wattage depends on what u want to put. 500w is good enough for rtx 2080 and 9900ks.

Thanks thanks, will hands on and open up the casting. Hopefully it’s not difficult to DIY. Does anyone know if any other PC components or harddisk might be damaged from the spoilt PSU? Worried that multiple parts might require changing , if that’s the case, might as well get a new PC if it makes more sense

Yes he is, I messaged him just before the ** started to get quote from him for a new rig, but didn't seal the deal because he didn't have stock for some of the parts I wanted.

Think someone else quoted his phone number a few pages back

Yeah, if you are not familiar with PC, go for branded one it will give you less hassle when you encounter problems.
