Its been with me for 1 week already. Owner is from arab. Not Singapore no. Cant contact him via anyways tried. And no emails or msg receive. Give police they also put under lost and found so no point

last time i manage to do a reset with 7.0 beta on my iphone 5 without the need of appleID to reactivate the phone.ios7.xx i not sure if this works.

maybe u can try this.
download a lower version of ipsw(6,5,4)
1)instead of connecting ur found phone to ur itune 2)set it to DFU(google it) before plugging in and connect to itune.
3)after that press shift and hit restore and select downgrade version of ios and do a clean install.

i hope this works for u.
