Premade ones like silverstone cheaper.

Customised ones from mainframe (lutro0), cablemod, mdpc, moddiy, ppc, local made ones etc will cost far more. There's no real market rate. Sleeving type, flexibility, cable "heft"/thickness varies.

My Lutro0 customs set costed $130+ (EPS+24Pin+6 &6+2GPU). You can't draw direct comparisons.

130 fps in dota 2? definitely something wrong.

Custom sleeved cables for psu are typically around 150 give and take..... extensions are much cheaper, but your case needs to have ample room to hide the extra length of cables at the back if you want them to look nice from the outside

whats your pc specs?

and as for psu sleeves u might need to check which psu using and look for it at taobao, unless ur psu is those generic, den maybe can buy similar product that have and just plug in to use.(though its will be better to use the correct port for it.)

Based on your PC specs shown on the right, if that is correct, then it could be a case of bad Casing and to an extent, ventilation. Did you have this issue before with your older case prior to the Corsair 570x?

If this issue is a new one with your current casing coupled with your GTX 1080, I can recommend 5 solutions.

1) The most sensible solution, get a better case fan. Do not depend on the stock case fans since the all-glass case of yours seem to be trapping heat. You need a more powerful fan to help move more air through your case. But this will cause a lot more noise though. So do take note.

2) Lan lan suck thumb. You have to buy a new case. Yup. Quite a sad option but welcome to Singapore.. Where our hot and humid climate may result in our electronics to perform worst than that of our western counterparts where you may have seen the reviews from. A metallic case seem to perform better because metal helps to dispel heat evenly. That is why our heatsinks are all metallic. Glass, well... I myself notice that my new case with Tempered Glass seem to give off a strong heat from the glass itself. But my second case that has a darker tempered glass seem to keep the heat away from my face better.

3) Another option too is to get Aircon. So it cools down the overall temperature in your case. And most importantly, your GPU from heating up too much and throttling as a result.

4) This is an option that I myself will be adopting soon for my next GPU. I am getting a GPU with an AIO cooler already installed. It will give around 15 degrees or more improvement to an air-cooled GPU as seen from comparison results. Just like how my CPU performs cooler under AIO cooled as opposed to stock cooling.

5) Water cool your whole system. Not something that I would do myself since it is a bit of an inconvenience for upgrades of PC parts like the GPU. Cost of watercooling system starts around $300+.

60 fps more than enough for dota 2. Don't even know if theres a difference above 60.

Anyway it should either be the client buggy or your driver buggy or ur monitor

you can try reinstalling dota 2 and see if it helps...

You mention that after 10 mins, it drops to 50-70, does it stay at that range or occasionally only?

i dont have a gtx 1080 to test, but on my gtx 1070 should be avg around 140.

during intense fights maybe droping to 100-110?

i can do further testing tmr as most of the time i run the game with vsync on to save abit of gpu power...

make sure u are not running the game in dx11/openGl/Vulkan mode as those modes currently have bugs with 7.0 update

If you mentioned that your card heats up till 43degC then there is definitely something that doesnt stress the card at all.

Check V-Sync option, check other things that Geforce Experience have set for you.

I think you have to check your options and see how it goes from there.

Btw, it does not mean that you put more fans = better cooling. It depends on how the case is being structured and how are the fans being placed and how much air can the fan brings in.

Just turn on my pc, and when to go dota. the Tem was at 42c and fps at 128. sometime will drop to 110+. But when i engaged with war, then the FPS will Drop to ard 60 onwards. I check with the case ard with ppl. so far they dont have this problem.. I was wondering my FPS problem weather cause by my monitor or not? so far my games all had optimize it...

Not sure what drivers you're using.

But early anniversary drivers (WDDM2.1 - 368.9x? to 370.xx) had a fair bit of performance issues, especially on OpenGL. But other random titles like csgo were also affected back then. If you're on any of these (while unlikely) you can try another version.
