Based on your PC specs shown on the right, if that is correct, then it could be a case of bad Casing and to an extent, ventilation. Did you have this issue before with your older case prior to the Corsair 570x?
If this issue is a new one with your current casing coupled with your GTX 1080, I can recommend 5 solutions.
1) The most sensible solution, get a better case fan. Do not depend on the stock case fans since the all-glass case of yours seem to be trapping heat. You need a more powerful fan to help move more air through your case. But this will cause a lot more noise though. So do take note.
2) Lan lan suck thumb. You have to buy a new case. Yup. Quite a sad option but welcome to Singapore.. Where our hot and humid climate may result in our electronics to perform worst than that of our western counterparts where you may have seen the reviews from. A metallic case seem to perform better because metal helps to dispel heat evenly. That is why our heatsinks are all metallic. Glass, well... I myself notice that my new case with Tempered Glass seem to give off a strong heat from the glass itself. But my second case that has a darker tempered glass seem to keep the heat away from my face better.
3) Another option too is to get Aircon. So it cools down the overall temperature in your case. And most importantly, your GPU from heating up too much and throttling as a result.
4) This is an option that I myself will be adopting soon for my next GPU. I am getting a GPU with an AIO cooler already installed. It will give around 15 degrees or more improvement to an air-cooled GPU as seen from comparison results. Just like how my CPU performs cooler under AIO cooled as opposed to stock cooling.
5) Water cool your whole system. Not something that I would do myself since it is a bit of an inconvenience for upgrades of PC parts like the GPU. Cost of watercooling system starts around $300+.
