A new mixed development mall will be built within the RTS station. Who will go to princess cove RnF mall that still need to walk a good 20-30mins?? Like I said before in this thread, location near the RTS track doesn't mean near the RTS station.

For massage, saloon, manicure, pedicure, handphone accessories you have to find low-ses malls like KSL, Holiday Plaza, Sutera Mall.

R&F mall can only cater to it's residents & nearby condo~

but I did see them trying hard to create events like food carts and recently a basket ball competition inside the mall~

Though it's not a great place to shop but it's not a bad place to stay~

Yea I heard it fr someone passer by … but knowing next door their pattern. Sometimes / entryway door not opened , sometimes no traffic don’t know who or what is lurking there. Somemore I’m bringing my mom so I rather let her sit grab than I lead her to wrong place gostan and keep trying to find e way, I know I’m not great at route finding

The ones at mid-valley is also the most expensive in JB. The cheapest best massage I found is at Holiday Plaza.

Johor identifies 3 possible LRT lines in Johor Bahru that complement JB-S’pore RTS Link​

ISKANDAR PUTERI - Johor has identified three possible light rail transit (LRT) lines that stretch for 30km in and around Johor Bahru.

State works, transportation and infrastructure committee chairman Mohamad Fazli Mohamad Salleh noted that a development study had been previously conducted by the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) and Johor Public Transport Corporation (PAJ).

“The study proposed that the LRT should be developed in Johor Bahru to complement the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System Link (RTS Link), which is slated to be completed by early 2027.

Recently went to KL. Maybe they will try to developed like KL Sentral LRT/Monorail/Komuter Hub at Bukit Chagar in the future I guess...
