FCT = Quarterly distribution

FCOT = Half yearly distriution

[Updated] Total distribution for this quarter is 2.35c. 2.07c will be paid in advance on 8 Nov (advance distribution prior to private placement) and the remaining 0.28c will be held over for distribution next quarter estimated 29 Feb 2012.

Dun confuse the 2.

No Paul, I mean this qtr's result announcement isn't accompanied wif CD cos that time the 1.39 placement already advance CD right?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but this financial results still haven't include Bedok Point inside the portfolio yet right? :o

Yup. Bedok Point contribution not added in yet.

Next year, when Causeway Point is fully renovated and Bedok Point starts to contribute, FCT will boomz. :D

The price will probably reach $1.50 :s12:

Their liquidity very little now... Have to see what plans they have for 2012 first.

Refurbishment of Causeway Point to be 100% completed by Christmas in 2012. :D;)

Now only completed basement, Levels 1 and 2.

Still have Levels 3 and 4.

Highest level 5 is the cinema and Banquet foodcourt.

The potential for more money intake is there but at what cost. I only fear rights issue are coming. It is fortunate this reit has a strong sponsor.
