[Updated] Total distribution for this quarter is 2.35c. 2.07c will be paid in advance on 8 Nov (advance distribution prior to private placement) and the remaining 0.28c will be held over for distribution next quarter estimated 29 Feb 2012.

Yup. Bedok Point contribution not added in yet.

Next year, when Causeway Point is fully renovated and Bedok Point starts to contribute, FCT will boomz.

The price will probably reach $1.50
