Free Credit report from CBS

Hey guys,

Just sharing a free Credit report from CBS, just that singsaver will have ur details.
I got mine already usual price $6.42, wanted to buy some time ago but nvr, now got free.

thanks for sharing - in addition, usually if you apply for a new credit card with a bank, or send in an application to review your credit limit, you may be able to get a credit report for free too.

I asked some banks to review my credit limit, and I managed to get my credit report for free.

Why go thru them? You can just apply any credit card and get a free report...

You mean a copy of credit report will come in the mail with the new cc?

Can get in cbs website if bank did a query when u apply the card.

If your previous application or credit review is just recent (maybe <6 months), it would not make sense for the bank to query your credit report again

it does make sense for the bank to query the credit report again because we never know he might be a bankrupt during the 6 months.

Really up to bank's discretion whether they want to query or not.

Actually my previous application was 5 years ago...Dunno why DBS never enquiry my credit records from CBS. Maybe is my monthly salary still credit into POSB.....

Wah very satki... they got high confidence in you... Actually banks does conduct periodic review on customer's credit also.

If you asking about free report, there is only CBS. You can always pay for it if you not apply for any credit facility.

Is the code unique? I got SingSaverSACBSJ16 from the site but CBS not accepting.

I tried the form filling route, they will email you a unique code within 24 hours, that one works.

About half a day.

Because it is easier to get a code from behind my computer screen, then to apply for yet another card which I do not need and end up having to keep track and cancel in the future.
