Should I go for this free 3 hour workshop? Is it going to be a waste of time, promoting their other overpriced course, etc? I actually don't mind them promoting as long as we're not 'forced' and I can learn smth from the workshop.

think about it where do the rental for the workshop comes from??? you will not be 'forced' but i would say "xia ko" if your will power is good then go

He will hard-sell his other thousand-dollar courses during the free workshop. It's marketing for him. Why waste 3 hours of your time listening to his marketing talk?
