Hi, I hope someone here can help me with my computer issues. Just a few weeks back, my computer started randomly crashing and showing me BSOD. At first I did not bother about it, until it finally crashes and decided not to boot up at all.
Tried using windows troubleshoot and self repair but didn't work. So I decided to do a total reset of my computer. Looking up online, I used a usb with the windows installer to reset my computer.
After resetting, all seemed fine. Until BSOD starts showing up when I am playing games or performing memory intensive tasks.
BSOD errors mainly shows kernel.... errors. I have done memory diagnostics, chkdsk, sfc scan, driver updates. Sometimes my pc just starts laggy so badly it's impossible to perform any task.
I cannot identify if it is a hardware or software issue. Computer is almost 5 years old.
Would like some advices please. Thank You
