Hi all,

Like to get a desktop for my friend's MIL DIL (he asked me for specs)
Do take note that he lives in BKK and he prefers to buy parts from there and please do recommend a BKK shop to do this?

Office work - connect to office VPN
Movies, online streaming
SSD < Very Impt
Like to do some light photoshop and illustrator < unsure if he needs a onboard graphics or a standalone, please recommend
No Keyboard No mouse (he will get a Thai one)
Will re-use a old LG Flatron W2252TQ monitor (with DVI and VGA)
re-use speaker
Recommend Ram, processor
No need for DVD RW

Anything i miss?

Why need recommend? Do office work and watch movies or photoshop can be done on any pc. Just buy whatever that fits his budget

Intel g3258+ any brand h81
4gb ddr3
Cardboard case or anything cheap
450w power supply from fsp
Samsung/crucial/sandisk/pny ssd get whatever is cheapest

After trying illustrator he can consider what graphics card to get if necesaary

oh the reason i asked for specs is because want to get small PC.

those cube or sleek ones, not too big like a big tower...

BKK is bangkok. My friend is working there la.

can't read thai... la. so cannot go to hwz thailand forum.

Need recommendations to buy parts and where to buy in bkk..
