"Friends only" setting in FB posting considered "Private" posting?

Hello,

As refer to abovementioned.

I would like to be enlighten if anyone posting any message on his/her friend's FB wall and that wall is restricted to "Friends ONLY" viewing, can be considered as "private"?

And anyone found to screengrab postings under such "Friend ONLY" setting, can the person who screengrab those postings be considered "breach of security" since those aren't "public"?

There's no breach of security since you allowed your friend to view it. But copyright may be an issue
