I had frozen shoulder 3 years ago. Went polyclinic and was refered to Changi Hosp for psysiotherapy for 1 year before fully recovered.

TS, how do you know you have frozen shoulder?
if so, do the doc recommend you to any specialist?

nowdays sports and physical treatment has improved alot. need not necessary take long to recover.

i had a middle upper back pain which caused me great discomfort, see doc as me to go Xray, MRI etc and such. all cannot give me any diagnosis till more 'test' are done.

however, i consulted both aldrin and genesis gym and both indicated that it is a strain caused by over-shortening of my traps. Just needling & ART will cure. true enough, after 2 sessions, my problem was 80% solved and i can go back to the gym. now just need to continue self stretching and massage to kill the root cause.
