Frustrating Random Reboot

Hi bros,

Recently self build pc seems to be rebooting while playing games. Suddenly, screen will turn black and restart. Stating that there was an improper shutdown. Usually happen while playing games. Eg. dota,LoL...

PC reaching 2yrs old.
Started off with radeon hd7870xt , changed to gtx 970 around 1 month ago.

Mobo : ga-h87-3dh
cpu : i5-4440 , stock fan
psu : seasonic s12g 550w
gpu : msi gtx 970
2 x ddr3 4gb ram
1 x wd 1tb black


Tested ram , have no problems.
I suspect is a psu issue. Help me pls

Really have no time at the moment. At the moment , is 550w enough ? I was thinking to get a SF 650w.

Do not jump into conclusion that your PSU is the cause of the issue, can be other component too.

What is the temperature of the cpu & gpu during gaming?

Likely overheated due to dusts clogged up the processor heatsink.

Cpu temp ,dota :68-75 ,LoL : 50-60
Gpu temp ,dota :55-60 ,LoL : 50-55

Likely overheated due to dusts clogged up the processor heatsink.

I might need to check on that too. Idle Cpu temp around 40
