Interesting, most likely it is reversible as well (can transfer back to other agents)? Free $20 sounds like a good deal.

Sounds to me like they are replacing our "disappeared / sleeping" agents to service us and the policy is still with our original insurer 🤔 I think got to chat with them to find out more for those interested.
