Not the first time. I think they are highly unreliable. I am already withdrawing what i have in FMSOne.. those that are i want to hold, i will try to xfer to my CDP account....

Think the problem is it has been recurring issue with FMSOne and they have not gotten round to solving it. With stocks trading platform, it has to be reliable. Its real dollars and cents we are talking about. Even if the transaction cost is low, i rather pay abit more for high reliability... Imagine someone with a big trade but not able to sell because of system downtime and subsequently make a big loss......

i rather run away from the platform first... Plus... customer service is non existence. Cry also duno cry to who.

lol. i couldn't load my portfolio 10mins into US market opening last night after i placed my trade. Tried to re-login and couldn't until 11pm SGT.

Even now the prices arent showing. It's scary.

To be fair this is my first time experiencing problems. IBKR is the most stable. Perhaps eventually it will be two IBKR accounts for me

Yup. Today's experience tells me to move my funds elsewhere to trade alr. Pathetic system.
