It's a matter of preference really. I never opt in.

The auto sweep is just another financial product which you can invest in with your free cash. Nothing fancy no matter how they dress it up.

The only thing is you have to agree to the disclaimer and warnings when you opt in so you acknowledge that you fully understand the risks involved.

I also did not opt in for the Auto-Sweep Account and just use the Cash Account to fund my trades...

Thanks bro! :)
when the dividend comes in, you can just add it in and increase your RSP amount for the next month. then in the subsequent month will just have to adjust back. works the same as reinvesting, just that you have to do it yourself.

Hi,

I am new to buying stock in US market and I noticed that the live trading in FSMOne is delayed by more than 15mins.

I just wanted to ask a newbie question, the buy order will be fulfilled by the live market price rather than the delayed price right?

I use nasdaq.com for live pricing

What time did you withdraw on Friday as it matters if it is to be processed in the next business working day.

I think it was after 5pm. But if it's automated it shouldn't matter...

Also their website doesn't mention how long processing time
