The article links to cooling with low boiling point fluids. Not mineral oil.

But in any case, this is something I'd be staying way away from. Liquid cooling works well enough and you can just get a passive rad if you're not acustomed to the noise.

Why have a freaking tank of liquid on your desk?!? It's going to release all the heat into your room anyway
