If I have foreign currency dollars (eg. GBP), and plan to transfer money overseas in that currency (UK), which facility will allow me to do it directly without convert to SGD?

DBS, at least, will let you wire-transfer foreign currency directly from your FCY account to an overseas bank account without converting it to and from SGD. They do charge a pretty hefty fee (0.125% to 0.25%), but that'd be where I'd look for starters.
