Funny USB3 HDD docking behaviour

Hi !
I have a USB 3 HDD docking station.
When I connect to the laptop using via the laptop USB2 port, it works. If I connect to the USB3 port, it will show up the folders and hang a bit and then then folders disappear.
Anyone has this problem and manage to resolve this ?

I have power supply to the docking station though.

Check manufacturer support site to check for update for your USB3 drivers on your laptop? Drop them a ticket from the support site, maybe in near future will have update to resolve it for you.

Did you try with another pc/laptop whether will have this problem or not?

Usually is different usb3.0 chipset in dock & laptop and result in compatibility issue. Try update the usb3.0 driver on the laptop.
