The original core of this group started when we were in early 20s. Now we all hitting 40 soon and we just want to exercise a bit.Young time play no kick, can run whole day.
Become 30s. Find knees will buckle when trying to turn. Put knee guard on right leg, then gradually left leg.
Then find ankle always almost twisted, add ankle guard left ankle, then eventually right ankle.
Suddenly realised before play every joint need to be strapped up...
Then realised it's time to retire.
