G602 Mouse issue

Hi Guys,

I have a big question to ask..

I bought a G602 mouse from amazon. it have been working for months, out of a sudden the scroll wheel is not working.

would like to know anyone RMA before or can give me any suggestion to solve this?

Cant survivor without the scroll wheel.

I think it's dirty. Just have to shake / hit it a bit. If you have pressured air, can blow it through. Mine sometimes the scroll click doesn't work. But after cleaning, it's ok. Amazon set too

Dam sian when you cant scroll... =(

my steelseries also like that, i go spray some wd40 than wait for it to dry, after that ok liao

Contact amazon now. They will send in a replacement as soon as possible.

Then meanwhile send the mouse back to them.
