Galaxt S3 not registered on network.

Encountered this a few times already. Seems like the phone is not connected to network. frustrating thing is that it has no symptoms showing that its not connected. The screen looks normal on standby and even looks normal when i swipe to unlock my phone. But the moment i try to make a call, this screen pops up. Had already missed alot of calls due to this.

Anyone else encountered this?
