Galaxy A52 cannot set "Favourite Contacts"

Just purchased this unit 15th May 2021.

Not able to set favourite contacts.
The "TIPS" section says to click the star beside the selected contact name.
The star will turn yellow, this contact will appear in the Favourite Contacts.
But there is no star anywhere in the contact name.

When I click "Add Favourite Contacts", only contact's email are shown.

Is this problem due to some setting errors I made?

Finally figured out the cause.
Have to first transfer contacts from my SIM card to the new A52 phone memory.
Only then the fourth "Favourite" icon appears below contact page

upload ur contacts to google contacts, then u can use them on any phones, no need to worry when changing phones.
