Galaxy Buds 2 ANC static issue

hi, has any one had the issue with Buds 2 having constant static noise in one side when ANC is switched on? I ran into this issue less than 2 weeks into getting mine, and a quick search online shows that it's a fairly widespread problem. has anyone here also faced this?

i just made an appointment to go to the Samsung service centre to fix this. any idea how they'll handle it? will they take some time to fix it, or just do one-for-one exchange? thanks in advance!
