Galaxy Gear Battery Drain

I have recently updated my galaxy gear to latest version and my galaxy gear 2 last only ½ days instead of usual 2-3 days. Anyone has the same issue?

This problem still bugging me really bad.

1) Scenario A
Gear 2 always connected to Note 3 via Bluetooth. Pedometer is on and essential notification with WhatsApp and Viber. Usually last about 2-2.5 days

2) Scenario B
Reset and reconfigure Note 3 with latest firmware from scratch. Use Scenario A but battery is draining about 10 percent per hour. Disabling notification doesn't work at all. However, If I disable BT on Gear (no connection to Gear 3), it last very long e.g. only 2 percent / hour which translate 3 days or more.

I read somewhere there is a bug which causes gear 2 to keep running even though there is no event or notification going on. I tried everything including using older version of Gear Manager. It worked for a couple days and problem returned.

Currently still using Gear 2 untethered i.e. no BT.
