Not worth to keep though I love the phone. Very used to its architecture.
Cos anytime it may just blow up. Burn urself, bbq balls while inside pocket and worst burn down ur house! And nothing is covered because they warned you.
Quite amusing to see the woman holding it while it was smoking and still walking calmly. The phone should be quite hot at that point already.Btw, did you all see the recent Note 7 explosion video?

The phone might just go up in smoke, and at most you might just get a burnt thumb if you're fast enough to throw the phone one side.
But the problem is the toxic fume coming from the phone and battery. After the owner put the smoking hot phone in the basin, she walked halfway and collapsed. Think she was exposed to the fume and inhaled the toxic fume.
This J1 is so 3rd world haha. Darn gonna miss my phone

It is a phone that lacks a soul unfortunately
Phone gurus will probably know what I am talking about.
I just realized that if we take the S7 Edge option, it's only 32GB internal... while Note 7 is 64GB...
Although both have expandable memory, but still...![]()
The more reason for you to refund Note 7 and wait for next year's model. Or even an alternative like LG V20. Most phones currently on the market don't come close to the Note 7 though.
S7E is close to Note7 in terms of specifications.
Just that S7E doesn't have S-Pen, Iris Scanner and the screen is smaller by 0.2 inch.
True it is close but many features are missing. Smaller 32GB memory, non-HDR Screen, no more Secured folder. Snapdragon 820 in Edge is far worse than Eynox in Note 7 in term of battery life and DAC quality.
There is no USB Type C on S7 Edge, so all the cables accessories goes to waste.
The curved sides of S7 Edge is not well implemented like Note 7. Too rounded for proper edge usage (Unresponsive to touch on the sides).
Curve of back and front is not balanced, holding it feels "off".
Overall, a downgrade that isn't worth at all.
Thinking about going over to ZTE Axon7 for the audio and Amoled.
It's the lack of stylus that I am fussing over... I hope Samsung give us a free upgrade path to the new Note 8 (or whatever it is called) - what I mean is that we can re-contract next year when the Note 8 is launched and don't have to pay a penalty. Cos that's what many people bought the Note 7 for - the stylus.

So loan unit need to surrender the Note 7? Or show them Note7 n get phone?
