Galaxy Note II S-memo bug

My Galaxy Note 2 S-memo cannot change background. when you choose change background, 8 options are presented, but clicking on any one of them doesnt change the background.

Is this generic or isolated case?

Which version of firmware are you on? I've no problems changing background on SNote.

i changed my note 2........ now no problem.
