It seems most cases leave the camera flush or coming out of the back.
Lay the phone down on it's back the cam touches the table.
Impact prone.

Just a reminder to not waste your hard-earned money buying an original Samsung USB 3.0 cable, thinking it will help charge your Note 3 faster.
Your Note 3 is bundled with a standard Micro USB 3.0 cable. It is not proprietary. If you have purchased an external USB 3.0 harddisk recently, chances are you already have a similar cable.
The pin assignment for Micro USB 3.0 (see diagram) is such that the charging current is still on Pin 1, under the "USB 2.0 portion" of the plug.
Your Note 3 is designed to charge with with either a Micro USB 3.0 or 2.0 cable, at 0.5A, 1A or 2A. Charging speed depends solely on the current supplied by the USB source. Any 2A AC adapter will give you the fastest charging rate, regardless of cable used. The Note 8.0 2A 5V (10W) AC adapters work just fine. Likewise, charging speed when plugged into your PC depends on the current supplied to the USB port.

With the recently launched Note 3, it's ridiculous how some sales staff are trying to rip off Note 3 owners. I was in a mobile accessories store (browsing Note 3 cases) when the salesman offered to sell me "an original and hard to find Micro USB 3.0 Samsung cable (without charger)" for $48. When I politely declined and started to walk away, he immediately lowered the price and offered to sell the cable me at a "staff price" of $25.![]()
