Interested in Spigen Screen protector, where to buy in Singapore and have it applied for us?

Also, what's the difference between the glass ones and clear/crystal/oled etc? Glass more expensive but worth it?

On the subject of tampered glass screen protector...

I've come across those printed plastic screen protectors with cartoons, patterns, and such. Can these still be applied, after having the tampered glass SP?

It's like having a regular SP over the glass SP, just that this thought is more like having some prints on the phone. Has anyone here done something similar? :)

Yes on the coloured bumpers the LOVE MEI words were sand-blasted on the anodised bumper. In the end had to use a piece of Brother labelling machine black 6mm tape to paste over it. I think if you get the silver bumper the text is printed on, hence easier to remove via alcohol/acetone. Anyway, the bumper does reduce reception on the phone. It also de-sensitizes the GPS sensor. Did an experiment with and without bumper, GPS couldn't lock on accurately with bumper on.

So the lovemei bumper is not that good afterall since it reduces the reception..

Perhaps I need to print clearly...

The PRINTED screen protector is NOT to protect the glass, but rather, to add some patterns/colours to the phone.

I'm wondering if trying to paste the PRINTED SP will risk peeling out the glass SP by mistake, while applying.

Anyway, since this is a Samsung forum and NOT EDMW, I won't bother to try to explain it in your language then. Thanks for looking at my original post. :s8:

Ya last time Element case had the same problem when they introduced the aluminium bumper for iPhone 4.in the end they had to make a version which is half metal half plastic to improve reception.

the SP gets scratches more easily than the actual screen itself. you can see the scratch on the SP but doesnt mean the actual screen will get the scratch without the SP on.

I have been using samsung s3, note 2 and now note 3 all without SP and none are with scratches. Even use a penknife myself and try scratching the screen and also got no scratch.

So i feel getting all these tempered glass etc just wasting of $. those tempered glass sure get scratches much easier den the gorilla glass.

anyway up to individual. you all love to spend $ on "tempered glass" to "protect" the phone. i dont and still dont see any scratches for 3 generations of samsung phones. =/

how did it happened?

i tot use penknife cut also no problem?

Probably a speck of sand or something.
Knives usually dont bother tempered/gorilla/dragontrail glass.... but a tiny spec of sand will do incredible damage.
