Is oleo matte or clear?

Clear but heard crystal better cause is thicker and the oleo coating will peel after a while so become normal.

Is it wet apply? Better be careful of wet apply. i use the invisible shield on my s3 backcover the Samsung wording around the edge got green rust after i peel out the skin. My friend one never put skin the wording still shiny.
