Yup thanks, that's what I'm trying to say, both Neo and Slim have to remove TPU bumper in order to change battery.

This is TPU + PC (Hybrid) bumper. SGP's Neo and Slim are two piece, first layer is TPU, follow by PC bumper frame for Neo and PC back plate for Slim.

Unbranded TPU+PC bumper from China. Used this briefly for Note 2, good minimalist look and does cater to batt pit stop except button will be less tactile

Yes u can incoporate wireless charging backcover with any case

Neo does not require back cover removal

Yeah I know, just that for me I take the Bumper as the TPU and Frame as a cover, so I'm saying have to take out the bumper TPU in order to change battery, it's not really that hard to take out.

ok if thats how u wanna define bumper (which covers bezel only).

TPU being a material, but term use loosely as referring to a "jelly" case...differs from silicone case which attracts lint

PC = PolyCarbonate aka plastic

Slim offers protection to back and side of phone, Top and Bottom bezel protected by TPU only

Neo protects bezel with PC (outer)+TPU (inner) but sacrifice back with TPU only. (not a bad thing considering how "hot" the chip can get at times)

Both neo n slim u mention tpu protect the bottom. But u mean neo tpu is thinner as compared to slim so it dissipate heat generated from the bottom?

And in terms of taking the case out to access back cover to change battery. . Slim is easier than neo?

i find the neo not very easy to press everything neatly back swee swee.. which is fine if i have one battery ( atm i only have one anyway) but if i have to take it out a few times everyday then i will change casing.. am waiting for the Tech21 one!!

Really arh, I can't say for Note 3 because the White Neo haven't come, but judging from my current S4 Neo, I can remove it easily and put it back, anyway maybe because I super-glued my PC frame to the TPU lol
But after you say for Note 3 arh... I'm not sure if I wanna get the Neo Hybrid liao, since I also collecting my extra battery end of Oct, hmm, maybe best still S View Cover bah... arh really need more colors to come... Don't really wanna buy the White one...

PS: What's the tech21 look like? can SIC? haha

Anyway you know currently only Original S View Cover the S View Functions can work right? I'm trying to find 1 that provides the bezel and working S View Functions... So far still no 1
