I have both covers on different note 3. The problem with the S view cover is the cover not able to close fully and depending on how you use , eg. flipping the cover behind the back case, the elastic behaviour determines how fast the cover is able to return to the screen flatly. Very irritating when in a meeting u try to keep pressing the cover down when placed on the table after using it. Only way is to put the phone face down with the flip cover at the bottom. To me it is a design failure.
As for the neo hybrid, grip is good and even though there is no wake/sleep function like the S view but pressing the power button serves the same purpose, in fact faster response because you no need to wait for the flip cover to close properly.

From my own experience with folio cases, it's a common sign that the case won't be able to close fully unless there is an extra magnet strap at the opening.
If there are no sleep/ wake feature, won't the button be like iPhone's home button?

Amazon US Ships the Spigen Neo Hybrid to SG. I just ordered mine. Total is USD31 which works out to be less than SGD40.

Spigen NEO HYBRID

Just got mine for $39 (from P2O; verified to be original). Two main downsides of the Neo Hybrid are:

  1. It makes the phone look bulky despite only adding only a few mm. I think it's the raised black rubber bezel that causes this. The pictures below can't really show how wide it makes the Note 3 look, but it gives you an idea.

  2. It cannot accommodate USB cables that are either too thick (on either side). The default Samsung cable fits well though.

The Capdase case looks quite decent... Hmmm...

capdase is a good HK brand, i use their soft jacket briefly for Note 2 (sold coz i find it does not snug tightly at the side of the bezel), saw it the other day at another mobile shop but hesitate coz they jack up the price too much and i remb my SO's comment that translucent TPU case reminds her of condom :( :o

@harky: how is its snug at the side and bottom?
