Bought a spigen neo hybrid & iface casing from adxxxx in burlington square last week. Was told that i had bought fake ones in another shop. Sibeh dulan... no wonder the quality was so bad. While holding the casing can accidentally lower volume control... so be warned ppl..

yes, I saw fake spigen neo hybrid cases selling for $28 at pushed cart in Compass Point... If anyone ever used a genuine one, you can immediately identify the fake ones just by looking at them. The quality is so much different.

Bought the white color at a shop in causeway point this afternoon.

Ultra thin design and light. It gives a better touch feeling. It's also anti-fingerprint and easy to clean.

Trying to authenticate it online is one method. As for how to differentiate by eye, I've seen the fake one myself and the build quality is very different from the original. The side colored frame is very plastic, and its thicker. The 'Neo Hybrid' wording at the side is much bigger. Buttons are poorly aligned, not centered to the polycarbonate frame.

I've got both the original and fake Neo Hybrid and I can say the the difference is very big. The fake one that I got don't even have hole for the mic and cut out for the speaker WTF %$#@!!.

I managed to put one hole for the mic and it looks ugly, but for the speaker, I don't think I can do a good cut out, haiizz. Waste my Fu#$% money by ordering though a Scam seller from Qoo10.

how to authenticate online?

I guess there's no point to authenticate online.. All fake ones will provide you with a serial number that returns a "genuine" when validating in Spigen website. Those manufactures just need to buy a few genuine cases & duplicate the serial numbers in their fake cases zzZZZ...

best is to check quality by eyes.. but you need to see a real one 1st to be able to differentiate... it's pretty much like bro Adix described above (1 thing to add on is that the "13 mega" wordings at the back also very BIG on the fake case)...

Spigen and Powersuppprt products are not made in China. Also got fakes. The tiongs are very powerful one
