OMG!!! Samsung S View chipset is USELESS !!!

I seen below person post and I try out and the S View is completely working without the need of the chipset !!!!!!!!!!!!

The S View feature can be activated with a magnet attached S View cover, chipset is not required. I confirm the patch never switch to Proximity sensor detection as it won't function by only cover up the proximity sensor part.

Cheh in the end all the solutions to have 3rd party S View working in Kit Kat all need to root the phone.

There are many other ppl out there like me who don't want to root our phones.

oh did you already root 4.4.2 and how did u get the xposed framework? previously my 4.3 wasnt rooted. i wonder if its still possible for me to root easily on 4.4.2

anyone have any good strap/pouch to recommend to use note3 while jogging?

Just use those cheapo ones easily available at local retail but do note that neoprene absorb sweat which may affect phone due to enclosed humidity
