Hi all, my GPS is not working under Galaxy S4, is GPS is software or hardware? How do I fix it??

Most likely its hardware contact Issue.

Open up the s4 and clean the metal prong thats touching the casing.

Not the battery casing ( u need to unscrew to open up )

Bend the metal prong slightly up for more contact.

The casing act as a antenna for the GPS receiver.

Did that on my note 2 and 3. Problem solve.
