I cancelled my Z Fold 7 fold when I pre-ordered from Samsung Online. Based on my experience, it will take about 22 days to see the money refunded back to your bank account.

s

suddenly feel the magic is gone..
i tried the demo set at samsung store the other day, feel ok to me though, probably im not using it as my main phone thats why.

but given trifold weight, using it as my main phone is a no no, espically i need to do despatch for my work, i dont want to be carrying a brick with me, thats why i using iphone air cause of the weight. trifold its heavier than iphone pro max, so its never going to be my main phone.

i used iphone pro max before and already dont like the heaviness, hence i sold the iphone pro max and bought iphone air instead, and after using iphone air for 2-3 weeks, i was like gosh, difference is day and night.

Sibei long they hold your money lol...
But rest assured, it will be refunded...it just take abit longer. The CSO told me that it also depends on the mode of payment. Not sure abourt CC but I used Paynow. It took 22 days or approx. 3 weeks for the bank to process. For Samsung side, refund will take place within a week from the time you requested for a refund. But bank side will take longer.

Actually my main phone is an iPhone air. But I have another phone for work (I don't like to have my work stuff on my personal phone) so I always use it to 'experiment' with other devices, so I don't weight would be that big a deal.

i remember the check out page say no refund allow, and its only for this trifold.

but still can call and see if there exception due to longer lead time.
If cannot cancel just charge back lo... 2 months delay tbh is a valid enough reason to get full refund..

Need advice from bros here, any case to recommend that is MagSafe and provides good all round protection for the phone?

One bro posted in an earlier post on an all round protection case. That is too bulky for me. I used a back cover with magsafe and hinge protection. Looks same as the given samsung case but with magnet so that it doesn't add more bulk to an already bulky phone.
