According to the product page:

If you are US PS+ member, you should have had Heavy Rain last July; if you are SG PS+ member, you should have had it last April. (BTW, having owned Heavy Rain does not stop you from getting this Detroit deluxe edition, unlike some bundles that will not let you buy if you already own part of the items included in the bundle.)

Those other extra stuffs are separate downloads. You don't need to get them from same region as your game (you don't even need to have the game installed). The "art" and "soundtrack" are separate apps, separate icons on the PS4 page. You can only look at the art book and listen to the soundtracks from inside their respective app. You cannot download the tracks as MP3, for example.

It's nice to see a PS Humble Bundle.

I remember the PS Capcom HB in 2016, which has superb titles at such a price - MM 9&10, OKAMI HD, RE 0&1, SSF2T HD, DMC HD collection, 50% off SFV & MM Legacy Collection etc.

As for this, I do not know the indie games except Grim - maybe can check them out.

Simple reason: Sniper Elite 4 (or any Sniper Elite game) is not available on Asia PSN!!! They will probably take 1 or 2 months to put it on the store, then it will become PS+ free game. This incompetency is business-as-usual for Asia PSN, as seen time and time again . So they give a S$4.04 indie game instead of a US$60 game. The only surprising thing is that a AAA game (or AA, whatever, basically bigger title) is not on Asia PSN store while an indie is. Normally it's the reverse, 90% of indies don't make it to the store.

I just checked their fb, that "Fishing Planet" game is a free-to-play game, already released in US/EU since Aug 2017. It's not an additional PS+ free game for the month -- the month when Asia PS+ price hiked .

Great. Always love chilling fishing games but hesitant to pay full price for one.
