Trying clearing cache & cookie in your browser, sometime it is due to the session store there or alternatively use incognito/private mode to access US Psn, it should solve the auto re-direct issue.

For Miles Morales, if you buy the PS4 Miles Morales, you will also get the PS5 version.

The only issue is if you have the PS4 original Spiderman game, you will not get the PS5 Remaster version.
Even if you buy the PS5 Remaster version separately, you can't use your PS4 version's save.

Then, there's the Miles Morales Ultimate Edition. This is the version that comes with both the PS5 Remastered original Spiderman game and the Miles Morales game.

If you have no intention to replay the original for a while, what you can do is just get the Miles Morales PS4 game so that you will get the PS5 version as well.
Then down the line, when the original Spiderman Remastered version goes on sale or is available on PS Plus for free, then you can get that copy as well. So you will end up owning the original Remastered game on the PS5 as well down the line.

I have dlc on spiderman on ps4 which i have not completed. Not sure dlc can be ported over?

Btw only applicable to 1 per user, some reddit users have verified this too (multiple purchases but only got 1x 3mths free).
