Details from the PLAYe app: Must spend $150 in a single transaction from 28/07 to 01/08. $100 cashback will be credited to your PLAYe wallet on 02/08 and will expire on 08/08 2359hrs.

I have asked PLAYe's customer support so I will add this here for everyone's benefit: If you combine preorder items with currently available items in the same transaction, you can still collect them separately. This will make it easier to reach the $150.

I just ordered through the PlayE app. I chose self-collection at my designated store even though I qualify for free delivery. Despite the app saying you have to wait for an email instruction for collection, I just called the shop that I designated to collect from to confirm if they have received my order. The shop confirmed and said I could collect it anytime. Fairly straight-forward.

$100 cashback will be credited on 2 Aug. I already know what I want to buy with it.

The whole payment should be in one receipt. I tried pre-ordering FF VX and another game but it won't allow me to make payment for 2 orders at the same time. Therefore, it will not meet the threshold of purchasing $150 or more in 1 receipt.

As per the terms and conditions that states,
- Cashback requires $150 in a single receipt.
